I am sharing my personal daily practice with a desire to inspire you to take your personal yoga journey further. I arrive on the mat with no idea of what will be today’s story. It is intuition, and listening to what my body and mind needs today that guides me I’ve been teaching for over 10 years and have training in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative modalities. When we know the rules – we know when to follow them – and when to break them. Each video has easy yoga poses as well as more challenging options. Take what resonates with you and please leave the rest. This is where my practice is – not perfect – but daily as I work through the puzzle that is life.
