- 1+1/2 cups cooked Kumara (sweet potato) cooled and mashed
- 1/2 cup ground Almonds
- 1/3 cup Brown Rice Syrup
- 1/2 cup Raisins
- 1/2 cup Buckwheat flour
- 2 tsp GF Baking powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/3 cup Cacao Nibs
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- Put all ingredients in the food processor and process to combine.
- It's quite a sticky mix (add a little more flour if too wet to shape.
- Place spoonfuls on baking paper and cook for about 20 mins at 180c.
