Buckwheat Porridge

  • 1/2 cup Buckwheat groats
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup soaked Goji berries not drained
  • 1/4 cup Coconut flakes


  • Soak Buckwheat groats for at least 1 hour (or overnight) in Water. Drain and rinsed thoroughly.
  • Place Buckwheat, Goji Berries (including berry soak water) and Coconut flakes in a food processor and process to the desired consistency.
