Buckwheat Porridge
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Buckwheat groats
- 1 cup Water
- 1/4 cup soaked Goji berries not drained
- 1/4 cup Coconut flakes
Instructions
- Soak Buckwheat groats for at least 1 hour (or overnight) in Water. Drain and rinsed thoroughly.
- Place Buckwheat, Goji Berries (including berry soak water) and Coconut flakes in a food processor and process to the desired consistency.
