soaked Goji berries
not drained

Coconut flakes
Instructions
Soak Buckwheat groats for at least 1 hour (or overnight) in Water. Drain and rinsed thoroughly.
Place Buckwheat, Goji Berries (including berry soak water) and Coconut flakes in a food processor and process to the desired consistency.
