Walnut Fudge

  • 4 cups Walnuts
  • 1 cup Raisins
  • 1 cup soaked Dates drained
  • 2/3 cup Cacao powder
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1-2 tbsp Cold Water


  • In a food processor finely chop the Walnuts first.
  • Then add the other ingredients (except Water) and process until it's coming together as a ball (this will take a few minutes).
  • Lastly add some Water and process again to make it smooth and fudge-like.
  • Press into a square baking tin lined with cling film.
  • Freeze for 30 mins then cut into small pieces.
  • Store in the fridge
