Walnut Fudge
Ingredients
- 4 cups Walnuts
- 1 cup Raisins
- 1 cup soaked Dates drained
- 2/3 cup Cacao powder
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1-2 tbsp Cold Water
Instructions
- In a food processor finely chop the Walnuts first.
- Then add the other ingredients (except Water) and process until it's coming together as a ball (this will take a few minutes).
- Lastly add some Water and process again to make it smooth and fudge-like.
- Press into a square baking tin lined with cling film.
- Freeze for 30 mins then cut into small pieces.
- Store in the fridge
