Toasted Muesli
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- 5 cups GF Rice Puffs
- 5 cups Cornflakes
- 1 cup Coconut flakes
- 1 cup Quinoa flakes
- 1 cup LSA
- 1/2 cup Buckwheat flour
- 1-2 tsp ground Cinnamon
- 1 cup Sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup Sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup Walnuts chopped
- 1 cup Almonds chopped
- 1 cup Raisins
- 1 cup Goji Berries
Instructions
- In a small pot heat Honey and Oil together until just melted.
- Combine dry ingredients (except) fruits) in a large roasting pan. Evenly pour over the liquid and thoroughly mix.
- Bake at 180c for 30 mins - stirring at 10 min intervals to avoid burning.
- Remove from oven and add the dried fruit whilst still warm.
- Cool and store in airtight containers.
