Kale Mango Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Kale
  • 1/2 cup Mango
  • 1/4 cup Coconut flakes
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Coconut water
  • 1 tbsp ground Flaxseed

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
