Green Avocado Smoothie

Servings 2


  • 1 cup Green leaves spinach, kale, lettuce, rocket
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 2 medium Kiwifruit
  • 2 cups non-diary milk
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup Water


  • Soak Chia seeds in Water for 10 mins stirring occasionally.
  • Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
