Coffee Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1/4 cup brewed & cooled Dandelion Coffee
- 1/4 cup Coconut Cream
- 1 tbsp Coconut flakes
- 1 tsp Cacao powder
- 1 tsp Coconut sugar
Instructions
- Mix Chia seeds and Coconut flakes with the liquids and stir well.
- Leave for at least 1 hour (or overnight).
- Sprinkle Cacao and Coconut sugar on top before serving.
Notes
Stir occasionally to start with to ensure the seeds don't stick together.
