Chickpea Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 2 scoops Protein powder
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup ground Almonds
- 1 tsp GF Baking powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/3 cup Cacao nibs
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the food processor and process to combine. The dough will form a large ball when done.
- Wet hands and make 12 cookie balls. Place on a tray covered with baking paper and flatten slightly with a fork.
- Bake at 200c for approximately 15-20 mins.
