Bliss Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup Macadamia nuts
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts
  • 1 cup Goji berries
  • 1/2 cup Raisins
  • 1/4 cup Brown Rice Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Cacao powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 cup desiccated Coconut optional

Instructions
 

  • Use food processor to finely chop the seeds.
  • Add the nuts and process again for 2-3 mins.
  • Add berries and process another minute.
  • Add the liquids and Cacao and process until it forms a ball.
  • Wet hands in a little cold water. Divide the mixture into 20 and shape into small balls.
  • Roll in Coconut if desired.
  • Place in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
  • Store in the fridge.
