Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup Macadamia nuts
- 1/2 cup Walnuts
- 1 cup Goji berries
- 1/2 cup Raisins
- 1/4 cup Brown Rice Syrup
- 1/4 cup Cacao powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 cup desiccated Coconut optional
Instructions
- Use food processor to finely chop the seeds.
- Add the nuts and process again for 2-3 mins.
- Add berries and process another minute.
- Add the liquids and Cacao and process until it forms a ball.
- Wet hands in a little cold water. Divide the mixture into 20 and shape into small balls.
- Roll in Coconut if desired.
- Place in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
- Store in the fridge.
