Group yoga sessions are back!

Join Suz in her private yoga studio based in Raumati South, Kapiti. Just 40 minutes north of Wellington. This is your destination to take your health and wellbeing to the next level.

10 sessions at a discounted rate of $18 (casual rate $25)
Classes are limited to 6-8 people for plenty of personalised support
30 minute or 45 minute sessions that leave you refreshed and energised
Includes assessment of physical alignments
Priority is given to developing the skills to do yoga at home
Regular time slots are available
Option to combine sessions and create your own mini retreat (subject to space availability)

The Winter timetable includes 30 minute gentle hatha style (suitable for beginners), 45 minute flow yoga (some experience and fitness required), restorative and YIN classes.

All sessions are in the warm and cosy environment of a beautiful purpose-built yoga studio. Infrared heaters provide a healing vibe. The studio is by the beach – with the sounds of the waves making that last 5 minutes of relaxation pure bliss.
