    The yoga challenge for Athletes is fantastic. Suzanne really knows her stuff and by incorporating her yoga and triathlon experience she understands what you need to keep strong and aide recovery when training. I incorporate these stretches into my training regime and they have definitely helped my movement and recovery time after long hours on the bike or run. Thanks Suzanne.
