Indian-style Chickpea Curry

Brown Onion, chopped

Garlic, crushed

ground Coriander

ground Cumin

Turmeric

Garam Masala

Tomatoes

Chickpeas

fresh Coriander & Mint
Instructions
Heat the Oil in a pot,and add the Onion and Garlic. Fry until they just start to turn golden.
Add the Spices and cook for 1-2 mins, stirring frequently.
Add the Tomatoes and Chickpeas and cook for 15-20 mins, finally add Salt to taste.
Garnish with the fresh Coriander and Mint.
Notes
Either serve immediately for a quick dinner or leave a few hours for the flavors to develop, and reheat before serving.
