Join Suz for 60 minutes of respite from the busyness of life. No experience needed and it’s non-religious. We practice the art of calming the mind.
Using yogic techniques of breathing, mindfulness, and meditation; you’ll definitely leave relaxed and ready for a good night’s sleep.
