Ingredients
  1. 2 Bananas sliced and frozen (approx 2 cups)
  2. 1/2 cup soaked Dates (with some juice)
  3. 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  4. 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
  5. 1/4 cup Cacao Powder
  6. 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  7. 1/4 cup Coconut Oil (melted)
Instructions
  1. Place the ingredients (except Coconut Oil) in the food processor and process until the mix looks like ice cream. You will need to stop and scrape down the side regularly. Then with the motor running pour the melted Oil and continue processing for another minute.
  2. Freeze for at least 3-4 hours before serving - preferably overnight. Remove from the freezer and place in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.

Ingredients
  1. 1 Tab Chia Seeds
  2. 1/4 cup brewed and cooled Dandelion Coffee
  3. 1/4 cup Coconut Cream
  4. 1 Tab Coconut Flakes
  5. 1 tspn Cacao Powder
  6. 1 tspn Coconut Sugar
Instructions
  1. Mix Chia seeds and Coconut flakes with the liquids and stir well.
  2. Leave for at least an hour or overnight (stir occasionally to start with to ensure the seeds don't stick together). Either stir through Cacao and Coconut sugar, or sprinkle on top before serving.
