Ingredients
  1. 2 cups frozen Raspberries
  2. 1/4 cup Water
  3. 3 Tab Chia seeds
  4. 1 Tab Honey
Instructions
  1. Blitz the Raspberries and Water in a food processor. Transfer to a bowl and leave for 30 mins to thaw, the stir in the Chia seeds. Finally add Honey to taste.
  2. Place in the fridge for an hour - stir again to distribute the Chia seeds evenly. Leave overnight in the fridge for the best consistency. Will keep 2-3 weeks in the fridge.
Notes
  1. Change it up with different berries.

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup Honey
  2. 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  3. 5 cups GF Rice Puffs
  4. 5 cups GF Cornflakes
  5. 1 cup Coconut flakes
  6. 1 cup Quinoa flakes
  7. 1 cup LSA
  8. 1/2 cup Buckwheat flour
  9. 1-2 tspn ground Cinnamon
  10. 1 cup Sunflower seeds
  11. 1/2 cup Sesame seeds
  12. 1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds
  13. 1 cup Walnuts, chopped
  14. 1 cup Almonds, chopped
  15. 1 cup Raisins
  16. 1 cup Goji berries
Instructions
  1. In a small pot heat Honey and Oil together until just melted.
  2. Combine dry ingredients (except dried fruits) in a large roasting pan. Evenly pour over the liquid and thoroughly mix.
  3. Bake at 180c for 30 mins - stirring at 10 min intervals to avoid burning. Remove from oven and add dried fruit whilst the mixture is still warm.
  4. Cool and store in an airtight container.

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup Buckwheat groats
  2. 1 cup Water
  3. 1/4 cup soaked Goji berries (not drained)
  4. 1/4 cup Coconut flakes
Instructions
  1. Soak Buckwheat groats for at least 1 hour (or overnight) in Water. Drain and rinse thoroughly. Place Buckwheat, Goji Berries (including berry soak water) and Coconut flakes in a food processor and blitz to the desired consistency.
Notes
  1. To fully sprout the Groats - after rinsing leave them in a sieve covered with a paper towel for 1-2 days. Rinsing them with fresh water daily. Then use, or store on the fridge for a few days.
  2. Serve with a little non-dairy milk.
  3. Reserve a few of the Groats to sprinkle on top.
  4. Suggested toppings: Banana, Pumpkin Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Berry Jam, Cacao Nibs
