October 6th, 2017 Full Moon
Already the intensity is building around this week’s full moon. Can you feel the energy buzzing? Like being on the brink of something new, the comfort of the familiar is still there, but we know that we will move on from that. And it will be OK.
It’s a really good option at the full moon to take some time out for yourself. With emotions running high we don’t want to be under pressure and react to others and create a cascade of more stuff to be dealt with later on 😉
Just knowing that these things come up in order for us to let them go at the full moon can be comforting. A lovely ritual can be to write down your feelings – and then either burn or drown the paper. Make sure that the last part is where you forgive yourself for your part in the situation.
We are well into the “embers” of the year now. Not only are we planting the garden for summer’s harvest, but we are also sowing the seeds of intention for how our year will end and 2018 will begin.
Yes, we’ve all read about the beach body – how about having the time and energy to actually get to the beach. Taking a look at how busy life has become and working a strategy to slow-down to enjoy the lighter evenings too.
The first online course is currently underway – nowhere near as polished as I’d hoped – and you what – the results are still showing through despite that.
This humble salad is a mainstay of the 35 Day Detox. It’s so quick and easy to prepare from store cupboard ingredients. Just add some extra goodies from the fridge to keep it interesting. Here we have partnered Pears and Walnuts for crunch and flavour.
Chickpeas are high in protein and generally well digested.
Next Online Challenge starts October 8th

So while I was supposed to be working on the 35 Day Detox Challenge it seemed a great idea to put together the ebook of yoga stretches. This guide provides 30 days of yoga poses for all parts of the body. Complete with pictures and instructions it’s ideal for endurance athletes who are notorious for talking about stretching more than actually doing it. $NZ15, and available on the website for download now.
